The 2025 Metro Builders Association Parade of Homes, presented by Nonn’s runs from August 9 - September 1, closed Monday's except Labor Day. The MBA’s Parade of Homes is the longest-running Parade in the entire United States, spanning 79 years! Each year, the MBA Parade builders offer some of the finest home designs, newest home trends, and cutting-edge features for you to enjoy as you tour the model homes.
