Professional Bio
Michael Turowski is a results-driven leader with a distinguished career in the construction industry. Currently serving as the Residential Construction Sales Manager for Werner Electric Supply, Mike brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and a proven track record of accomplishments to his candidacy for the Board of Director's position at the Metropolitan Builder's Association of Milwaukee.
He is a valued member of the MBA's Construction Advocacy Council (CAC). Mike was a key participant in the MBA's Electrical Task Force established by the CAC, where he has contributed significantly to help find work-a-rounds and alternatives during the current electrical supply chain shortage. He has recently been entrusted with leading the CAC's Utility Work Group, showcasing his commitment to driving positive change within the association.
Mike’s dedication extends beyond local initiatives. Within his first year of membership of the MBA, he went out to IBS and will make that an annual occurrence. Michael represented the MBA and the Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA) during a critical engagement in Washington, DC, where he joined the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in discussions with senators and representatives, advocating for the needs of the construction industry.
In addition to his work life, Mike and his wife, Kristy, homeschool their two children, Rylee and Ethyn. They spend the majority of their free time chasing the kids between all of their extra curricular activities and riding in their Jeep Wrangler.
