The 2023 Metropolitan Builders Association Parade of Homes, presented by Nonn’s runs from August 12th through September 4th. The MBA’s Parade of Homes is the longest-running Parade in the entire United States, spanning 77 years! Each year, the MBA Parade builders offer some of the finest home designs, newest home trends, and cutting-edge features for you to enjoy as you tour the model homes.
This year's Parade showcases 12 amazing homes by 10 of the MBA's builder members in two subdivisions: Wrenwood North - Germantown and Redford Hills - Sussex. Each site offers unique homes with many of today’s new trends, grand finishes, and convenient subdivision locations that offer exciting opportunities for you to build your dream home.
